What are the check-in and check-out times?

Answer

Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 10am.

Can I have a late check-out upon departure?

Answer

Please check with reception the day before your departure.

Are there BBQ facilities available?

Answer

Yes, there is a large pool side BBQ area.

Question 4

Do you have a lift?

Answer

Please note that the property does not have lift access. If you have mobility concerns, please let our reception team know when making your booking and we will do our best to allocate a ground-floor apartment.

Do the apartments have in-house safes?

Answer

Our apartments are not equipped with in-room safes. If you require assistance with storing valuables, please feel free to contact reception.

Do you have hire equipment available?

Answer

Yes. We have porta cots, high chairs, CoolCabanas, beach chairs, pool towels available for hire.

Are there any transit facilities available if I am catching a late flight?

Answer

Yes, we have a lounge area down near the pool with tea/coffee facilities. We also have a changing rooms/shower/toilet block near the pool for guest use.

Are the apartments serviced everyday?

Answer

No they aren't, but guests can pay for a daily bathroom linen change if they wish.

What is the usual bedding configuration in the apartment and is it possible to change this if necessary?

Answer

Bedding configuration changes will incur a $40 cost.

Can I bring my pet to the resort?

Answer

Pets aren’t permitted at the resort. However, registered service animals are welcome in accordance with local regulations.

Do the apartments have Nespresso machines or any other pod coffee machines?

Answer

Our apartments do not include Nespresso or other pod coffee machines. However, each apartment features kitchen facilities with tea and coffee making amenities for your convenience

Can I charge my EV at the property?

Answer

There is no onsite EV charging facilities. However, there are a number of public charging stations in Noosa, with the closest being located at the Noosa Village Shopping Centre (an 8-minute drive from the resort).

What are the closest shops for groceries?

Answer

For basic groceries, ready to eat-meals and snacks there is a 7-Eleven a 1-minute walk from the resort. For a greater variety of groceries and fresh produce there is MilkBar supermarket located on Hastings Street, around a 5 minute walk away.

Do you accept 'Schoolie' bookings?

Answer

Yes but there must be at least one 18 year old in the room and we must have a parents credit card on file.

If I arrive before check-in time, am I able to leave my suitcases anywhere?

Answer

Yes we can store them at reception.

Question 17

What facilities does the resort have?

Answer

There are two heated outdoor pools, a gymnasium, a sauna, a pickleball court, a meeting room and a pool side BBQ area. There is also a guest transit lounge with a kitchenette.

Is the pool heated?

Answer

Yes the pool is heated at roughly 32°C.

Are any of the apartments specially set up for guests that are disabled?

Answer

Unfortunately, our apartments are not specifically configured for guests with disabilities. However, if you have mobility concerns, please let our reception team know when making your booking and we will do our best to allocate a ground-floor apartment, as there is no lift access to upper levels.

Are pool towels provided?

Answer

Pool towels are available for hire at the cost of $4 per towel.

Do you have surfboards available to hire?

Answer

We don't, however there is a surf board hire shop, Golden Breed Noosa, located next to the resort. Their hire rates start from $30.

Do you offer a shuttle service to and from the local airport?

Answer

Whilst we don't have our own service, we can recommend SUV Travel. If you would like a transfer booked please contact reception.

Question 23

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in an apartment?

Answer

For a 1-bedroom apartment the maximum number of guests is 3, for a 2-bedroom it is 5 and for a 3-bedroom it is 7 guests.

Are we permitted to have any extra guests staying in the apartment and if so, how are they accommodated?

Answer

If you require extra bedding it is $40 per night.

Do any of the apartments offer a sea view?

Answer

They do not, however all of our spacious apartments include a private balcony or courtyard. The resort is also located just 50 metres from Noosa Main Beach.

Are there hairdryers or curling wands in the apartments?

Answer

All rooms are equipped with hairdryers, however curling wands are not provided.

What happens if I am arriving with a second car?

Answer

Please contact reception on day of arrival to see if additional spaces are available.

Is there any visitor parking available onsite?

Answer

1 and 2 bedroom apartments have 1 allocated car space, 3 bedroom apartments have 2 allocated parking spaces.

Where can I find a currency exchange?

Answer

Currency exchange is available at the banks and Foreign Exchange stores located at Noosa Civic shopping centre (a 15-minute drive/bus from the resort).
